[HELP]MP3 Sound Module Mini SD Card[HELP]

Our module is not working. It is in two-line mode and we already loaded the sample program from your datasheet. The play/pause, next, previous are not working and there are no sounds coming from the speaker. Is there a step-by-step procedure in using this module??We really need help.... TIA..
