Arduino 2 Route MOSFET Button Module

Description:
MOSFET switch module is use to control high-vlotage or high-current circuit. Defferent from relay, this module could work on higher frequency.
We are always improving MOSFET switch module. Compared with our 4-channel mosfet module, this one is smaller. Most important, the controlling circuit is completely isolated from the large current circuit, which prevents the controlling circuit from electronic noise interference coming from large current circuit. Considering the MOSEFT is bearing high current, we add more soldering tin on its feet.

Controlled side (Right side on the picture above) :
1)VCC: 10~100V DC
2)Working current: <3.5A
3)Max Current: 10A
Note: because of heat dissipation problem, this module can run safely at 3.5A. Max pulse current can be 10A.
Usage and Test:
VPP is power source for MOSFET. It should be between 8V~12V. If the load, such as a motor, need the same voltage as VPP, the can share the power supply. The connection could be like motor B as shown below.

Usage and Test:
VPP is power source for MOSFET. It should be between 8V~12V. If the load, such as a motor, need the same voltage as VPP, the can share the power supply. The connection could be like motor B as shown below.

If the load voltage is high voltage, such as 50V, external power source is needed. As shown below, Motor A’s connection is recommended. The External Power voltage can be very high. Voltage less than 100 is safe. If higher than 100, make sure voltage between MOS and GND should be less than 100V.

Limitation of the module lies on heat dissipation. High current will heat up the MOSFET very quickly. We made test on this module. We run at 8A. But after a while, the soldering tin began to melt. While we run it at 3.5A, it is completely safe. You could add heat sink to this module and it could work at over 3.5A.
